Garden Open Days at Combermere

Our Garden Open Days have now come to an end for 2026, however we will be working in the background over the winter months as we plan our special events for 2027. 

Discover the beauty and serenity of the historic Walled Gardens, Pleasure Gardens and Garden Wood at Combermere Abbey.

Immerse yourself in the stunning, meticulously designed gardens and enjoy breath-taking views of the estate. This is a rare opportunity to explore the 6-acre Walled Gardens with it’s unique fruit tree maze and blossom at one of Cheshire’s beloved estates.

Whether you’re a gardening enthusiast, lover of nature, or simply seeking a peaceful retreat, our Garden Open Days offer the perfect blend of history, horticulture and tranquility.

Take a stroll through the gardens, find your way through the World’s only fruit tree maze, and enjoy the sights and scents of a variety of unique plants in their full glory.

Facilities and refreshments will be available in the Walled Garden Pavilion.
Our team will also be holding a plant sale within the Walled Gardens.
