What’s on at the Abbey

Combermere Abbey invites you to explore its historic setting and beautiful gardens through a programme of seasonal events and guided experiences. Introducing our special Autumn Family Dog Walk in October, to our last Garden Open Day of the year on Wednesday 23rd September 2026, showcasing the highlights of the grounds. There are many opportunities to enjoy the Estate at its finest. Alongside these special events, visitors can also discover the story of Combermere through our expertly guided tours.

We offer a range of personally led Abbey Tours to suit a range of sizes and interest, from our Public Tours (available throughout the Spring months), ideal for couples, individuals, and small groups, to private Group Tours for larger special interest groups (pre-booking is required). For a tour with a difference, Invitation to View Tours, in partnership with Historic Houses, includes tea & cake with Combermere Abbey owner, Sarah Callander Beckett.
