Join us for a truly special springtime experience as Combermere Abbey opens its gates for its annual Bluebell Walk for the first time since 2018!
On Sunday 3rd May 2026, you are invited to wander through carpets of bluebells on a beautiful 2-mile circular walk, taking in the peace, history and natural beauty of the estate at your own pace.
This relaxed, family-friendly walk is perfect for nature lovers, photographers, dog walkers and anyone wanting to enjoy the fleeting beauty of bluebell season in a truly historic setting. If you have celebrated your wedding at Combermere Abbey – or are planning to – this is a wonderful opportunity to return and see the estate in one of its most magical seasons.

- Time: 11am – 3pm
- Tickets Available to book online: Adults – £8.50, Children under 16 – £4.50
- Location: Combermere Abbey Estate
- Route: 2-mile circular walk through ancient woodlands, self-paced – Appropriate footwear required
- Dogs: Welcome, on leads
- Picnics: Not permitted
- Refreshments available to purchase on the day
Children are very welcome, although the woodland paths are not suitable for prams or pushchairs.
Free parking is available onsite, entrance through the main gates to Combermere Abbey
